Patriotic 3D Animation for Independence Day

I'm looking for a talented animator who can bring our company's mascot to life in a 30 seconds to 1-minute image-based 3D animation. The scene should depict our mascot waving the Indian Tricolor in front of the Red Fort. The animation should convey a strong sense of patriotism, resonating with our audience on this significant day. In the background we may have 1-2 images of Red Fort - one showing Red Fort area clogged with water and second showing red fort area clear of water. We will provide the mascot image. The mascot is available in AI format. The other photos of Red fort or other elements must be sourced from other sites. We will accept the output in ,MPEG format with the source files. The concept is to show that we have to free our nation from water logging which is one of the causes of loss of productivity in our country.
