Need full stack developers to build a character-rigging custom software

Comiq is an upcoming comic-making and sharing social network where users can interact and pose custom characters, props, effects and much more. Recently, with the closing of Flash support, we have decided to rebrand under a new name and a new era of comics.
So what do we need help with?
We are currently looking for Full-stack developers to help us in creating a prototype of our custom software. This will include a basic comic-creating software, a character-creating software equipped with a rigging system designed to work with the comic builder. Whilst it may sound complex as to what we are after here, we have a set in stone idea that can be supported with over 50 videos and screenshots/diagrams showcasing how things should work so it's really just a matter of getting it to work.
