Mobile Gaming Billboard Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Project Overview:
We need a fun, colorful, large-format billboard design for our mobile video gaming theater, X-Stream Games. The design will appear on both long sides of a trailer (approx. 8500mm x 2500mm each). One side has windows that open upward — when open, the image should maintain visual continuity as best as possible. The opposite side has no windows and can be treated more freely, but should maintain a consistent theme with the windowed side.

Design Requirements:
Use attached elements (characters, logos, etc.)
Must be delivered in layered Canva format
Must be scalable to billboard size (vector preferred, or high-resolution for print at 8500x2500 mm)
Should be fun, colorful, high-energy, and appeal to kids, parents, schools, and event organizers
Design must prominently display the slogan and contact information
Must integrate well across both trailer sides, especially accounting for window cutouts
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with large-format / billboard design
Strong portfolio of colorful, vibrant designs
Skilled with Canva and print-ready formatting
Ability to create engaging, eye-catching layouts with excellent hierarchy and flow
Deliverables:
2 designs (both sides of the trailer)
Final format: Layered Canva file
Additional format (optional but appreciated): high-resolution PDF or PNG preview
