Decompile Adobe Flash Application (Video) and Convert to MP4

I have an Adobe Flash compiled EXE file (not obfuscated or encrypted) that I would like decompiled. The content of the file is just a series of videos and images. Due to the way it switches resolutions, I haven;t been able to screen record it successfully, so I would appreciate someone decompiling the file and converting it to either:

A) A format that will run natively on Debian
or
B) If A cannot be done, an MP4 file in 1600x1200 resolution
