Create an animated website with Adobe Animate

I need help creating an animated website using Adobe Animate. I have already designed the different layers using Adobe Illustrator which need to be implemented, animated, and made into a website.
Experience with the Flash website is highly appreciated and I would require past samples. If proven to be well versed in this area more tasks will be assigned.
