Change an embedded flash file within a Help file (.chm) to a video.

I have a help file (.chm) that contains a flash file animation. The flash file no longer plays on most PC's because flash is no longer used. I need to get that flash file recorded in video format (maybe .mp4). The second part of this job is to, if you can, revise the help file to play the mp4 video (instead of the removed flash file)
