Transition to Circle Community Setup

Job Description: Circle Community Setup (Transition from Facebook Group)

We are looking for a freelancer with experience in setting up and organizing Circle communities. Our goal is to transition our private Facebook group to Circle with a very basic initial setup.

About Us:
LifeBack System is a health and coaching company that helps people overcome obesity, chronic illness, and menopausal challenges through fitness, nutrition, and accountability. We provide online coaching, daily workouts, and a supportive community to help our members reclaim their health and confidence.

Scope of Work:

Create and organize Spaces within Circle

Set up community structure, categories, and navigation

Configure basic settings (permissions, member access, notifications, etc.)

Provide light guidance or recommendations for best practices

Requirements:

Prior experience with Circle setup/management

Preferred: background working with fitness, health, or weight-loss communities

Ability to complete a simple, clean setup quickly

Strong communication skills

This is a one-time project focused on setup, but may lead to additional support as our community grows.
