Mixed-Workout Group Fitness Trainer
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to start a series of mixed-workout group classes focused on improving overall fitness rather than chasing a single metric like weight loss or pure bodybuilding. The idea is to combine cardio, strength, mobility and core work into cohesive 45–60-minute sessions that keep participants engaged and progressing week after week.
What I need from you
• Design a progressive 4- to 6-week program that rotates through high-energy circuits, functional strength blocks and mobility finishers.
• Lead the sessions in a motivating, safety-first manner, coaching proper form for all fitness levels.
• Supply a simple tracking method so class members can see gains in stamina, strength and flexibility over the program’s duration.
• Provide brief take-home guidance (stretching, recovery tips, optional homework workouts) to reinforce what we do in class.
I’m open to holding sessions at a local gym, studio space or an outdoor location—whichever you feel suits mixed training best—so please indicate your preferred setup and any equipment requirements. Experience in boot-camp or circuit-style instruction is a plus, and current CPR/first-aid certification is essential.
When you reply, let me know:
1. Your relevant group-training background and credentials.
2. A summary of the class structure you’d propose.
3. Any scheduling constraints you have over the next two months.
I look forward to building an energetic program that leaves everyone feeling stronger, faster and healthier.
