Beginner Workout Routine Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a new health-and-wellness resource that opens with a series of beginner-friendly workout routines. My focus is strictly on physical fitness, so I need clear, science-based programmes that help someone with zero experience move safely and confidently toward foundational strength, mobility, and stamina.
What I’m after
• Five complete routines, each covering warm-up, main set, and cool-down
• Minimal equipment options (body-weight or basic dumbbells) plus brief gym variants where useful
• Simple cues on form and breathing, with common mistakes called out
• Progression guidance for the first eight weeks so users know when to add reps, sets, or resistance
• Concise explanations of the purpose behind each move—nothing overly technical, just enough for a beginner to “get it”
Presentation
I’d like everything packaged in a clean, branded PDF and an editable Google Doc so I can tweak language later. High-resolution exercise images or royalty-free illustration suggestions are a bonus; links to reputable demonstration videos are even better.
Acceptance criteria
• Routines are written in plain English, free of jargon
• Exercises are suitable for healthy adults with no prior training background
• All instructions spell out reps, tempo, rest times, and weekly frequency
• Content is original and not lifted from existing paid programs
If you have a knack for translating fitness science into friendly, results-oriented workouts for true beginners, I’d love to see how you’d approach this.
