Project Overview :-
We are seeking a qualified partner to assist in the development of 2 fully functional prototypes of an Active USB-C Hub. The PCB design is already complete, and we are now looking for a capable vendor/consultant to take the design through assembly, enclosure development, firmware integration, and testing, and deliver the final working prototypes along with documentation.
Deliverables :-
Prototypes (2 Units)
Each prototype must include:
4K HDMI Output: Up to 60Hz with HDR support.
USB 3.2 Ports: Two ports with 10Gbps data transfer.
Ethernet Port: 10/100 Mbps with PoE+ support.
Power Delivery (PD): USB-C PD supporting up to 90W.
Compact Design: Dimensions – 63.5 mm x 63.5 mm x 41.3 mm.

3D-Printed Enclosure
Technical Documentation, including:
Schematics
Test Reports
Firmware
all support & docs for the manufacturing support
Current Status
PCB Design ready, including:
Gerber File
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Schematics
Scope of Work
The selected partner will be responsible for:
Procuring components (based on BOM).
PCB assembly and validation.
Firmware development and integration (USB-C PD and hub controller).
Enclosure prototyping (3D printing or CNC).
Final testing and delivery of 2 working prototypes.
Providing complete technical documentation.
