Project to work on a Windows CE Date Lock Issue.

I have an Digital Electronic Instrument.
The instrument uses Windows CE in background and has an application running in front-end. One cannot see or access Windows CE.
Now The application displays a message "your software has expired". And when we click on OK, the instrument shuts itself down.
I am not sure but I think it is a Windows CE date related issue.

I am looking for someone who has good experience in working on Firmware / Hardware programing, encryption, system software programming, low level programming, and date related issues on Windows CE based electronic Instrument.
The person must be based in India. We will prefer someone from delhi-NCR or nearby region.
