Experienced PCB Designer & Firmware Developer Needed (Long-Term Collaboration)
We are looking for an experienced individual freelancer (not an agency) with strong expertise in PCB design, firmware development, PCB assembly, and hardware testing for long-term collaboration on multiple exciting electronics and IoT projects.
Required Skills:
• PCB design (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar)
• Schematic design and PCB layout
• Firmware development for microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, AVR, PIC, ARM, Arduino, etc.)
• Component selection and BOM preparation
• PCB assembly and soldering (SMT/THT)
• Hardware bring-up, debugging, and testing
• Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other test equipment
• Prototype validation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, MQTT, etc. is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality PCBs from concept to production.
• Develop reliable and optimized embedded firmware.
• Assemble prototype PCBs when required.
• Perform functional testing, debugging, and validation.
• Work closely with us to improve existing designs and develop new products.
• Deliver complete project files, including schematics, PCB layouts, firmware source code, BOM, Gerber files, and documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to meet project deadlines.
