Windows Cloud Server Administrator

My Windows Server cloud instance is currently suffering from network connectivity problems that are disrupting normal traffic. I need those issues diagnosed and permanently resolved, followed by a review of the firewall, routing tables, and any related DNS or NIC settings to make sure the fix is future-proof.

While you are in the system, I also require a clean-up and standardisation of Administrative access. That means confirming the built-in Administrator account is secured, ensuring only approved users belong to the Administrators group, and documenting any Group Policy or role changes you make so I can track who has elevated rights.

Once connectivity is stable and permissions are locked down, I would like ongoing, light-touch management: monthly patching, log review, and availability checks. Please outline in your proposal how you normally handle remote Windows Server work (PowerShell, RDP, Azure/EC2 console, etc.) and any monitoring tools you prefer so I can align expectations.
