UDM-Beast WAN Static IP Setup and port forwarding

Job ID: 40457149

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I already have a UniFi Dream Machine “Beast” online and an ISP-assigned static WAN IP in hand. What I still need is a clean, working configuration so the public address consistently reaches an internal web server without exposing anything else.

Here’s the flow I’m after:

• Apply my static WAN IP (and gateway / DNS details) on the UDM-Beast and confirm it survives reboots.
• Create the necessary NAT/port-forward rules for HTTP and HTTPS that land on my existing web server.
• Tighten the corresponding firewall rules so only the required ports remain open while everything else stays locked down.
• Prove it works from an external network and leave me with a short note of what you changed so I can replicate it later if needed.

All work will be done through the UniFi Network interface (latest stable firmware) and, if you prefer, a quick remote session. Once tests from outside show the site loading over both 80 and 443, the job is complete.
