KIS Kiosk 2023

We have a kiosk solution built in React and Python that runs on AWS and Fedora Linux. We try to keep our fleet of kiosks running no more than one or two versions older than current (for example, as I write this, Fedora 38 is the current version, and we're about to update our kiosks from Fedora 34 to Fedora 36). We are constantly in need of help with things like disabling gestures in Gnome, building startup scripts to properly start Chrome in kiosk mode on the correct monitor (some kiosks have two monitors), cron jobs to automatically stop and start services & reboot, installing / updating / working with hardware (touch screen) drivers, setting screen orientation, determining the cause of browser crashes, etc. We have some expertise in-house, but it takes us way too long to do these somewhat basic tasks. We'd like to have someone (or multiple someone's) with deep Fedora Linux administration and scripting knowledge available on an hourly basis to help with whatever issue of the day we're experiencing.

The initial project I need help with is getting two instances of Chrome to start properly, in kiosk mode, on the correct monitors when there are two monitors present (each showing content from a differnt url). I would like to have this resolved in 8 hours or less, and use this initial project to get familiar with your skills in order to form a on on-going relationship.
