Firewall Setup & Reporting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an experienced network-security professional to configure our firewall so it actively blocks and logs intrusion attempts. The job centers on tuning firewall rules, enabling the intrusion-prevention feature, testing that legitimate traffic still flows, and then documenting everything you changed.
You may work with whatever platform you know best—pfSense, Cisco ASA, iptables, a cloud security gateway—so long as the final configuration provides real-time intrusion prevention and is easy for my team to maintain.
When the configuration is complete, I also need a concise technical report that:
• Summarises the existing environment and the issues you found
• Lists every new rule or policy, explaining its purpose
• Describes the testing methodology and results (both allowed and blocked traffic)
• Provides clear next-step recommendations for ongoing monitoring
Deliver both the live configuration (or export) and the report in Word or PDF.
