Add Rules to Firewall
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need help adding a set of new firewall rules that govern both inbound and outbound traffic. All of the rules will target TCP only; no UDP changes are required this time.
The job will involve:
• Reviewing the current rule-base so the new entries slot in cleanly without breaking existing flows.
• Drafting and implementing the additional TCP rules I provide (or advising on best-practice wording if any gaps appear).
• Verifying that legitimate traffic continues to pass while unauthorized or unwanted connections are blocked.
• Supplying a brief change log that notes each rule inserted, its purpose, and the result of basic tests.
Success is measured by the updated policy loading without syntax errors, services remaining reachable where intended, and test scans confirming the new blocks are active. I can give remote access via a screened share session or you can supply the final rule set for me to paste—whichever you prefer.
