Restore Access to a Freelance Site Messages and Notifications in Firefox on Mac

The Freelance Site is NOT Freelancer.com. It is another online agency that connects freelancers and clients.
Up until a few weeks ago I was able to access all of the Freelance Site in Firefox on my Mac.
I received all the appropriate notifications from the Freelance Site in my email.
A few weeks ago, I stopped receiving notifications and got an error message when I tried to access messages.
I can access messages at the Freelance Site on Chrome and in Firefox Private Mode.
I contacted the Freelance Site support and sent them all sorts of reports, but they couldn't fix it. All the did was tell me to use the the Freelance Site app, which I hate.
It seems the problem might be something to do with cookies. Of course I've cleared the history and cache.
I want someone to access my screen in Zoom an solve the issue.
