New House Electrical Plan
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an electrical plan for a new construction one floor 2306 sf house building project at Florida in USA. The scope is a complete plan—every circuit, switch, receptacle, light fixture called out clearly for:
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Kitchen and open living areas
• Dedicated home office
• Attached garage
Please base the drawings on current NEC Code requirements, showing GFCI/AFCI protection, smoke/CO detector placement and the correct arc-fault zones. I also want rough-ins for data and low-voltage runs noted so future smart-home devices can be added without tearing into finished walls.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Electrical load analysis, load calculations, load schedules, panel selection & location, power plan, lighting plan, single line diagram, short circuit calculation, fire alarms layout according to NFPA72, breaker legend, and circuit tags.
2. CAD file (DWG) and pdf that coordinates with the architectural floor plan.
3. A brief design note or calculation sheet confirming service size and load balancing.
