Looking for a hardware engineer who can design Fire alarm control panel

I am looking for a hardware engineer to design a fire alarm control panel. The scope of the job includes the design only and is estimated to take 1-2 months. No additional services will be required after the design completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding and mastery of related hardware engineering concepts, such as circuit design, electrical engineering, embedded systems and development, and should have experience in developing similar projects.
Direct expeience in Fire Alarm systems is very critical.
PCB design is optional.
