Fire Detection and Alarm System (Design + Sourcing + Installation Guide)

We are looking for a supplier that do the following works for us:

1. Design a network of Fire/Smoke Detection system in our company
2. Source to buy the best and certified equipment to make the design installed in place in the company premises
3. Support us in the installation and the test

Brief of the requirement:

1. Our company premises contain 6 blocks of Offices + Accommodation room
2. Smoke detector connected to a standalone strobe and siren for each single room.
3. smoke detectors connected to same (1) standalone strobe and siren for each double room.
4. Heat and smoke or combined detectors shall be installed in both dining and kitchen areas
5. Diesel generator and diesel storage tank areas to be protected by fire alarm
6. Possibility of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) to keep fire alarm system fully operative for at least 45 minutes
7. The system may be directly connected to the strobe or through a fire control panel
8. The alarms should operate independently from a power supply, in case of power supply cut (supplied with batteries)
9. Strobe and sirens must be IP65 rated to prevent dust and water damage system.

Deliverables:
- Fire Alarm System components layout
- Fire Alarm System operation logic
- Fire Alarm System wiring diagram
- Fire Alarm System component list with exact technical data for each unit
- Fire Alarm System power connection points
- Fire Alarm System unit typical installation drawings, explaining how and where detectors, control panels, sounders etc. to be attached to existing structures

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing and sourcing fire detection and alarm systems for large industrial buildings
- Knowledge of the latest fire safety regulations and standards
- Ability to select and source high-quality fire detection and alarm components
- Familiarity with the installation process and requirements for industrial buildings

The freelancer will be responsible for:
- Designing a comprehensive fire detection and alarm system that meets the specific needs of an industrial building
- Sourcing or helping in buying all the necessary components, including detectors, control panels, and alarms, from reputable suppliers
- Creating a detailed installation guide that provides step-by-step instructions for the system installation
