Design Addressable Fire Alarm System
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a fire alarm design for a 4 story building addition that needs updating including revised backgrounds. The building is approximately 37,680 sq ft. There is voice evac in the existing design. CAD files are available.
Updates include:
- Reviewing latest mechanical dwgs to ensure fire alarm compliance
- Add required ERRC FA interface
- Update backgrounds and adjust design to match new background.
- Point to point riser diagram is required.
Must be permit ready. A checklist will be provided to ensure the updated drawing is permit ready.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in designing addressable fire alarm systems
- Knowledge of commercial sprinkler and mechanical fire alarm requirements
- NICET IV certification required. No proposal will be accepted without it.
Please provide relevant certifications and previous project examples.
