We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Representative to communicate with our distributors, explain our fintech product offerings, highlight the benefits of our Partner Program, and onboard new distributors. The role involves regular follow-ups with existing distributors as well as new distributor leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to distributors across India.
Explain the fintech product, features, and Partner Program benefits clearly.
Onboard new distributors to the platform.
Regularly follow up with existing distributors to strengthen engagement.
Follow up with new distributor leads provided by the company.
Ensure all calls and engagements are properly recorded (as required).
Compensation
Pay Rate: ₹10 per 3 minutes of connected & engaged call time.
Only actual connected call duration will be considered.
Any silent time during the call will not be counted as payable minutes.
Calls must be recorded if engagement exceeds 3 minutes.
Requirements
Must be India-based.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a bonus).
Strong convincing and follow-up ability.
Mobile phone + stable network for clear call quality.
Ability to maintain call discipline and provide recordings when required.
