Fintech Neo-banking Web App Development

Context: As part of a Neo-banking project targeting the European market, I am looking for a freelance developer to design and deploy the project's technical architecture from scratch.

Project Goal: To build a proprietary platform (Web App + Admin Backend) interfaced with a European banking partner's APIs for card issuance and IBAN-linked account management.

Scope of Work:

Architecture & Development: Development of the landing page and a secure client Web Application.

API Integration: Implementation of the full banking workflow (Onboarding, KYC, payment flow management).

Custom Business Logic: Development of a "round-up" module for card transactions (micro-savings feature).

Security & Compliance: Setup of a server environment meeting banking standards, assistance with PCI DSS (SAQ-D) procedures, and management of ASV scans.

Access Security: Implementation of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA/2FA) protocols and endpoint securing.

Candidate Profile:

Significant and verifiable experience in the Fintech ecosystem.

Strong mastery of security protocols related to financial data handling.

Ability to propose agile technical solutions for a robust application.

High reactivity and expertise in European standards (PSD2).
