The work is strictly manual—no AI tools or auto-generated summaries—so you should be comfortable diving into peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, regulatory white papers and reputable industry reports, then organising everything into clear, well-structured notes and reference lists that I can cite directly.
Here’s how I see the workflow: you’ll receive a weekly brief outlining the specific sub-topics I’m tackling (for example, cross-border payment innovations or IFRS impacts on digital assets). You’ll search academic databases, professional bodies and trusted news outlets, extract the most relevant findings, and arrange them logically—think annotated bibliographies, comparison tables, and concise synthesis paragraphs. I need impeccable source attribution (APA or IEEE, depending on the brief) and a tidy folder structure in Google Drive so nothing goes missing.
Communication will be through Slack and Google Workspace. I value quick clarifications and end-of-day status updates, but you’ll otherwise manage your hours independently as long as deadlines are met.
