Comprehensive Formation, Legal Opinion, and Ongoing Compliance for an Estonian OÜ

We are seeking a service provider to handle the full formation of an Estonian private limited company (OÜ), including drafting customized articles of association that cover all intended business models (software development, licensing, and other related activities). The provider must also issue a legal opinion confirming the legal and regulatory status of these activities under current Estonian law. We can support this opinion with our own research based on Estonian regulations. Additionally, we require a registered office address and a local contact person for ongoing legal correspondence. For the annual service, we need the provider to ensure full tax and legal compliance: collect and organize all invoices and income documentation, prepare and submit all required tax returns (including annual income tax and VAT if applicable), file the annual report, and maintain the registered office and contact person. The total budget for formation is $500 USD, inclusive of all government fees, and $300 USD per year for ongoing services.
