Business Development Manager

We are now seeking a proactive, well-connected, and professional Business Development Manager to support our growth and help us secure projects from U.S. clients.

Requirements:

U.S. citizenship

Native English speaker

Strong technical knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, and Java

Responsibilities:

Find and qualify leads

Contact potential clients

Schedule and manage calls

Participate in video meetings

Understand client requirements

Coordinate with the engineering team

Prepare and send proposals

Negotiate terms and close deals

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate starting at $60/hr, with potential increases based on performance

15% commission for each successfully completed project

He will work closely with and be fully supported by a strong and highly experienced engineering team.
