Build me a Fintech platform (desktop and mobile) for SMEs

I am targeting assisting African SMEs who wish to obtain financing (typically loans from commercial banks). I have already developed a toolkit (incorporating Word docs and Excel) including application form, data required (eg SME financials and other details), and a scoring template based on the information provided. I'd like your assistance in incorporating the above into an online platform. I attach a simple version of the application toolkit as a starting point.
