Wind turbine blade optimization for maximum efficiency

I am looking for an Ansys Fluent or ComSol or OpenFoam professional, who can find optimized blade shape for wind turbine to maximize efficiency.
You must have experience in simulating wind turbines and measure it's RPM / Power output / Efficiency based on wind speeds.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in wind turbine blade optimization
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for designing and modeling optimized blade shapes
- Knowledge of aerodynamics and fluid dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of different blade designs and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to conduct simulations and testing to validate the optimized blade design
