We have a Spherical Tank of outer diameter 80 mm with an inlet and outlet port of 2.5mm and 3mm respectively.
The material used - Ti-6Al-V
Max Pressure to withstand-65 bar
We need to use the topology optimization technique to convert this spherical tank to a cuboidal tank that fits within the available space and also it should have an inner volume of 2.5 times the volume of the spherical tank, Weight should be 25% less than the spherical tank and also it must withstand a max inside pressure of 65 bar.
