Steel construction FAE simulations and final report. -- 2

Hi,
I'm looking for a senior engineer with a diploma and experience that can perform static and dynamic simulations for a steel construction that I need to manufacture. The simulations need to be usind FAE and according to standards used for shipping containers.
Overall, 8 cases are needed to be simulated and proven:
1. Stacking on top of each other – 2 constructions during shipping, 3 during storage.
2. lifting and moving with cranes and forklifts on site
3. land transportation by trucks
4. Sea transportation by ships
5. Shock and vibrations according to MIL STD 810G, Change 1, method 514.7
6. Mechanical Shock (transit drop) according to MIL STD 810G, Change 1, method 516.7, procedure IV
7. Temperature - from -30 to 60 Celsius
8. Altitude - from Sea level to 11000 feet above sea level
The project will include a final report showing all the simulations and an explanation, discussion and conclusions for each simulation.
The project will include 10 hours total of video meetings for explanations and clarifications if needed.
The final report will be displayed via video meeting and fully explained.
