24hr SolidWorks FEA - $100
Budget: $99 – $100 CAD
I will send you the native SolidWorks 2025 parts/assembly and all relevant load magnitudes as soon as we start. The components are steel and will be held with fixed supports; no other restraints are required. Your task is to set up a single static study, generate an appropriate mesh, and run the analysis focused on deformation results while checking that the structure maintains a factor of safety of 4.
Because timing is critical, I need everything turned around within 24 hours of acceptance. Please work directly in SolidWorks Simulation 2025 (no STEP exports or third-party solvers).
Deliverables I expect back:
• The updated part/assembly files with the completed study intact
• High-resolution plots for displacement, von Mises stress and FOS ≥ 4
• A brief PDF summary (mesh settings, boundary conditions, peak values, screenshots)
If you have handled fast-track static FEA in SolidWorks before, this should be straightforward. Let me know if you can hit the deadline and I’ll forward the files immediately.
