SolidWorks 3D Assembly Static Stress Analysis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a complete 3D design already modelled in SolidWorks, and I now need a rigorous static stress analysis to verify three key elements of the assembly: the structural frame, the gear mechanism and the support brackets. All native SolidWorks files will be shared, so you can pull exact dimensions directly from the model. I will also provide a brief sample of the calculation format I expect—factor-of-safety approach, clearly laid-out equations, references to standards where relevant.
Please base the study on the existing loading diagram included in the files; no need to redesign, just prove the current geometry meets strength requirements. You are welcome to use SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, Abaqus or an equivalent FEA tool, as long as the final output follows the calculation template I supply.
Deliverables
• PDF report showing assumptions, boundary conditions, mesh metrics, stress/deflection plots and hand-check snippets that back up the software results.
• Native result files (e.g., .cwr, .rst or similar) so I can reproduce the study if needed.
• Short summary sheet highlighting maximum stresses versus allowable values for each component.
Acceptance criteria
• Factor of safety clearly stated for every part and ≥ the target in my sample.
• All screenshots and plots fully legible and traceable to the model.
• Report matches the structure and level of detail shown in the example document.
If you have done similar static stress verification for machinery frames, gears or brackets, this task should be straightforward. I am ready to start as soon as you confirm your preferred FEA package and estimated turnaround.
