Simulation of Knee in attched article

I have an article. It's about knee joint with fibril-Reinforced poroelastic cartilages and Menisci.
I want to re-simulate this article's plots by software. At first, read my article. Not sending proposal without reading article. If you send me proposal, and then will say you can't do this, I will report you.
