Shallow water modelling

I am seeking a freelancer with expertise in shallow water modelling to help me with my flood prediction project. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Fortran language.

Project Objectives:
- Develop a shallow water model to predict floods
- Use existing data to build the model
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for flood prevention measures
