OpenFoam Expert Needed for Flood Analysis

I'm seeking an expert in OpenFoam to conduct a flood analysis on a building. The primary focus of the analysis will be water flow simulation. I have existing data and models that will be used for the analysis.
I am currently running a flood load simulation for an eight-storey building using OpenFoam, but unfortunately, I am encountering issues preventing it from progressing further. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to identify the underlying problem, which is why I am seeking the assistance of someone with expertise in OpenFoam to help resolve the issue.
The simulation setup, including mesh generation, was completed using ANSYS Workbench, and all the necessary code has already been written. However, for some reason, the simulation is stuck and not advancing. Upon successful completion of this task, I intend to initiate a new, larger project. The next project will involve a similar simulation but for a 20-storey building with the same geometry.
