Front Splitter FEAStress Analysis in ANSYS

Job ID: 39316866

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I'm looking for a detailed stress analysis of a front splitter (the red part below the front bumper in the attached CAD model) using ANSYS. The analysis should consider two different materials: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer and Aluminum 6061-T6.

Key requirements include:
- Simulating a 2000 N downward pressure across the splitter's top surface to represent aerodynamic downforce.
- Running simulations for both scenarios: with and without a 1500 N upward point load at the front edge (this simulates a bump or curb hit).
- Utilizing adaptive mesh refinement for the analysis.

Deliverables:
- Von Mises stress plot
- Displacement plot
- Mesh screenshot
- Safety factor plot (if feasible)
- A quick summary with max stress, max displacement, and safety factor (if available)

Ideal candidates for this project will have extensive experience with ANSYS, and ideally have a background in automotive engineering or related fields. Previous experience with similar stress analysis projects will be a significant plus.
