Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Needed for Square Exterior Cladding Panels
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We require a finite element analysis (FEA) for square exterior cladding panels. Each panel is supported on a surface, and a pressure load is applied.
Scope of Work
- Models: Analyze 6 similar models with different dimensions.
- Loads: Apply 3 different pressure values to each model (1, 1.5, 2 kPa).
Deliverables:
- For each CAD model:
- A report (Word or PDF) including images showing boundary conditions (supports and loads).
- For each analysis result:
- A deformation image (mm).
- A stress distribution image (MPa).
Data export:
- Provide results in an Excel or CSV file (see attached example).
FEA source files:
- Deliver all native analysis files (one per CAD model, 6 total).
Workflow
- Perform an initial analysis on a validation model (1 CAD model).
- Submit the 1 CAD report for review and apply any necessary corrections.
- Upon approval, proceed with the analysis of the remaining 5 CAD models.
- Submit the 5 CAD report for review and apply any necessary corrections.
