Expert Needed for CFD Simulation of Wave Generator Dynamics with ANSYS Fluent

We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation expert with a strong background in ANSYS Fluent and dynamic meshing techniques. This project is centered around conducting a transient flow simulation of an artificial wave pool, similar to the Wavegarden concept, with the goal of generating and analyzing wave dynamics using moving walls.

The simulation will require:

Accurate modeling of the pool geometry at a 1:10 scale, measuring 15x15 meters, with the water level set at 30 cm.

The use of 12 aligned moving walls in the center of the pool, which will simulate the wave generation mechanism through sinusoidal motion.

The expected deliverables from the simulation include:

A detailed velocity profile of the generated waves.
Analysis of the volume fraction to capture the air-water interface accurately.
Pressure distribution within the pool during wave generation.
Additional outcomes should include:

Visualization of wave formation and propagation.
Analysis of the effects of wall motion on wave characteristics.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in dynamic meshing and transient flow simulations in ANSYS Fluent, with an ability to produce precise and highly accurate results. Experience with wave generation mechanisms and familiarity with fluid-structure interaction within a multiphase environment will be highly regarded.
