Dynamic analysis by finite element method

I'm looking to get some dynamic analysis done by the finite element method. The model is a metallic structure 3D, in the base is fixed to the ground and on top, there are a 5000kg mass moving 400mm left and right with 2Hz frecuency. The goal is to obtain if this structure is able to support the 5000kg in vertical axis and also verify if the 5000kg mass with 2Hz frecuency dont affect.
