LS-DYNA NRC Slab Blast Analysis

Job ID: 39734563

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a complete LS-DYNA study that captures the air-burst blast response of the NRC reinforced-concrete test slab. The scenario is an Airburst explosion, and I can provide the explosive material, its weight, and the height of burst. Your job is to translate these inputs into an accurate pressure-time history (or use LS-DYNA’s built-in CONWEP / *AIRBLAST modelling if you prefer), build or refine the slab model, run the transient simulation, and document the structural response.

Key data already available
• Explosive material & weight
• Height of burst

Please incorporate those parameters exactly as supplied, set up any required *INITIAL CONDITIONS for the air domain, and apply the correct material models for concrete and reinforcement. I am particularly interested in displacement profiles, peak reaction forces, and any predicted cracking or spalling.

Deliverables
• LS-DYNA keyword file(s) ready to run
• Post-processed plots: pressure-time, displacement-time, stress/strain contour snapshots
• Concise technical memo summarising assumptions, solver settings, and key results

A working knowledge of LS-PrePost, *AIRBLAST / *CONWEP, and concrete damage models is essential. I’ll review the keyword deck for clarity and reproducibility, then run a verification case before final acceptance.
