Commercial Jammer Arm SolidWorks Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a concept for a pro-level Adjustable Jammer Arm destined for commercial gym rigs and I need it turned into a complete, build-ready SolidWorks package.
Core geometry
• Main lever: 1000 mm long, 60 × 60 mm steel tube with 4 mm wall
• Laser-cut adjustment holes at 50 mm pitch along the spine
• Steel sliding trolley sleeve that can travel the full 1000 mm
• Olympic weight horn welded only to the lateral side of that trolley
• In-line, integrated multi-grip handle assembly (all grips contained on one axis)
What I expect from you
1. Parametric SolidWorks model of the entire assembly, organised and fully constrained
2. Manufacturing pack:
– DXF/STEP files for every laser-cut plate and tube profile
– Detailed, itemised BOM with material specs and cut lengths
3. FEA validation showing the arm safely sustaining a 150 kg static load, including stress plots and a brief design report
If you have experience designing strength-training equipment, welding fixtures, or similar load-bearing steel structures, this should be right in your wheelhouse. Please outline any comparable projects, the release you intend to work in (SolidWorks 2020, 2021, etc.), and your turnaround time.
