CFD analysis expert

I am in need of a CFD analysis expert who can perform a combination of both steady state and transient fluid flow analysis for my project. The preferred software for the analysis is open, however, I am open to suggestions. The expected turnaround time is flexible and can be longer than a week. The ideal candidate should have experience in CFD analysis and possess skills in simulation and modeling. They should also be able to generate reports and interpret results effectively.
