CFD Analysis for Wave Energy Prototype

I'm seeking a professional with extensive experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to analyze the fluid dynamics interaction with a wave energy prototype, particularly focusing on the impact of low frequency waves on the structure of the device.

The primary goal of this project is to:
- Study the fluid dynamics interaction with the device and how it responds to various aspects of wave impacts.

Ideal candidates for this project should:
- Have a strong background in CFD with a focus on marine applications.
- Be able to provide detailed analysis of the impact of low frequency waves on the structural integrity of the device.
- Assist in evaluating the potential for energy extraction based on the device's performance under these conditions.

Please note, the simulations will primarily focus on the impact of low frequency waves on the structure, so previous experience with this type of analysis is preferred.

What I need is the video of the simulation and the photos attached below. I can send the AutoCAD file of the prototype if we agreed on terms
