3D Axial Flow Fan Turbomachinery Simulation
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am looking for an experienced professional to perform a simulation of a 3D axial flow fan turbomachinery rotor. The main objective is to analyze the rotor's performance at a given rotational speed across a range of operating points. The simulation should include 200 iterations at a constant rotational speed to derive operating curves for pressure ratio and efficiency as functions of the mass flow rate.
Additionally, I expect comprehensive post-processing to visualize and understand the results, such as:
Contour plots
Blade loading distribution
Efficiency and performance graphs
Any other relevant insights
Deliverables:
1. A detailed report including operating curves and analysis.
2. Visualization outputs (e.g., contours, blade loading, etc.).
3. Simulation files for future reference.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in turbomachinery simulations
Proficiency in CFD tools such as ANSYS CFX, Fluent, or similar software
