Airfoil Analysis for Aircraft Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an expert in aerodynamics to analyze airfoil characteristics for an aircraft design project. The primary focus will be on the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil.
Key analysis components:
- Lift and drag coefficients
- Pressure distribution
- Flow visualization
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in aircraft design, specifically with airfoil analysis. Proficiency in using aerodynamic simulation software and interpreting complex data sets is a must.
I have a project to complete: "Impact of icing on the characteristics of the NACA 63-412 airfoil profile"
I am most interested in the characteristics on a dry profile (without ice) and after ice formation in appropriate conditions (temperature -15C, pressure 1013hPa, velocity 80 m/s). The calculations must be for different wing angle of attack so that I can plot the polar (Cl/Cd). I took up the task, made the mesh and made preliminary calculations in FENSAP-ICE. But it seems to me that my mesh has errors and errors appear in the calculations. The calculations do not have to be made in FENSAP-ICE, it can also be FLUET
