I need a strain-based failure condition integrated into my existing ANSYS model. The current model accurately produces load-displacement results consistent with experimental data but lacks automated failure logic.

Requirements:
- Add a strain-based failure condition using *DO, IF, and EKILL commands in the SOLVING section only
- Utilize the provided full ANSYS input file (.txt) with an existing working model
- Follow the provided documentation detailing geometry, materials, test setup, and modeling assumptions
- Implement failure logic for specified elements under evaluation
