ANSYS: Explicit Dynamic Analysis Expert Needed

I am seeking an ANSYS expert who can help us simulate a tyre with Rubber outer body, Rim and Belt running on the road with bumps. The project requires explicit dynamic analysis to accurately model the behaviour of the tyre while rolling on bump. The main objective is to study the performance and durability of the tyre design. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ANSYS software and be proficient in explicit dynamic analysis. Strong knowledge of tyre mechanics and material properties is also required.
