ANSYS Analysis: Grouting Material Modification

I’m doing a project. The attached document is an experimental study on the modification of grouting materials for joints in prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC). However, I will want to use ANSYS to do the analysis again. My goal is to evaluate how different grout compositions affect the performance of joints between prefabricated building modules.
Specifically, I want to create a 3D geometrical model of a PPVC joint in ANSYS, consisting of two prefabricated modules connected by grout (showing in another attached document). The grout will have varying material compositions, as outlined in the experimental study, incorporating additives such as expansion agents (EA), neoprene latex (NL), and rubber particles (RP).
Beyond the geometric modeling, I want to determine whether ANSYS can simulate key experimental tests, including setting time determination, compressive strength tests, bond strength tests, and measurements of restricted and free expansion rates. This would help analyze the impact of these additives on the working performance, mechanical properties, and expansion or shrinkage behavior of the grout.
The experimental study tested various additive dosages and concluded that an optimal composition of 7% EA, 5% NL, and 10% RP offers the best balance of strength, expansion control, and bond performance. For my ANSYS analysis, I plan to focus on comparing the Basic Group (BG) and the optimal grout composition, allowing me to demonstrate the effectiveness of these additives in improving grout properties. Would this approach be feasible in ANSYS?
And also, I have a concern as I only have access for ANSYS student trial 2024 version, so if possible, any informations you have taken from the ANSYS licensed built-in system I may need you to provide me a screenshot of the information, would it be okay? Budget-wise, I hopefully we can come to a budget that works for both of us without compromising the results.
