ABAQUS Soil Analysis Setup Troubleshooting

I am currently facing challenges with a soil (transient) step simulation in ABAQUS, which is subjected to a surface pore fluid load. The solution does not seem to converge.

I need assistance in improving my model setup to resolve these convergence issues.
